  • I eat moderate portions, but I never starve myself
  • I walk every day, even just a little
  • I drink more water and I try to sleep better
  • I keep meals simple, no food obsession






🔸 My 3-Day Meal Plan (Example)



Day 1

• Breakfast: Oats with milk and banana

• Lunch: Chicken breast with veggies

• Dinner: Lentil soup


Day 2

• Breakfast: Yogurt with fruit and nuts

• Lunch: Rice with veggies and egg

• Dinner: Tuna salad with boiled egg


Day 3

• Breakfast: Wholegrain bread with cheese

• Lunch: Turkey stew

• Dinner: Veggie omelet





🔸 Movement Without a Gym



  • I do 10–15 minute home workouts
  • I walk whenever I can
  • I take stairs instead of the elevator
  • On holidays, I choose walking trails

  • I set weekly mini goals
  • I forgive myself when I slip
  • I use a weekly planner
  • I reward myself with joyful things (not food!)
